Accommodations will be reserved and paid for girls on
15U, 16U, 17U & 18U teams by IVC and is included in their tuition.
Players ages 14 and under as well as all parents
must reserve and pay for their own accommodations.
We strongly encourage all IVC members to stay at the club hotel!
Please check the tournament websites for wave play and event information.
Please book rooms from Friday to Sunday until notified otherwise by your team's coach.
Exception to this is Qualifiers in which case all coaches & players
must arrive the day before the event start date.
In all cases involving travel and hotel stays coaches will notify their teams when and where they want to meet with players to account for each player's arrival and
to discuss the weekend schedule and details.

*Parents are responsible for arranging & paying for
players' travel to/from all tournaments,
and for coordinating & paying for players' transportation
throughout the tournament.
